Admissions Information

Glasshouses is an inclusive school and welcomes children regardless of background, race, religion or complex needs.

Please register your interest with school as early as possible but be aware that the decision regarding allocation of places is made by NYCC. Once you have registered an interest, school will send you a Parents Information Pack which must be completed and returned to the Area Education Office.

Allocation of places is confirmed to school and parents in May of the admission year. Parents and carers will then be invited to a familiarisation meeting during which they will be given details of daily routines, uniform and what will happen during your child’s first year at school. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and meet other parents.

If your child is entering school at any point other than age 4 entering Reception, please complete the In Year Admission form and return via e mail  to the local area Education Office for processing.
